Nutrition for vulnerable groups
As products such as infant formula and medical food are often intended for vulnerable or sick people, the safety, quality and correct composition of these foods is of great importance. Through this secondment, we were able to contribute to this.
Knowledge and communication
Important tasks included answering member questions on nutrition, food safety, quality and legislation, organising working group meetings, coordinating working group activities, updating substantive brochures and maintaining the member portal. In addition, we also represented the VNFKD externally in consultations with stakeholders.
