Worldwide analysis

Schuttelaar & Partners provided project management around the annual Global Nutritional Standards monitoring. Assortment and nutritional data were collected and assessed globally using the current GNS criteria. These are nutritional criteria for retaining the natural nutrients in milk and reducing the amount of calories, fat, sugar and salt in all products. These criteria for trans fat, saturated fat, added sugar and salt are derived from Choices International and were drawn up by independent scientists.

Assessment of GNS criteria

After collecting the assortment and nutritional data, we assessed them based on the GNS criteria. The results were used by FrieslandCampina for reporting in the annual report and - if necessary - to investigate internally where products and/or assortment might be further improved.
