Our approach

To map the impact of the PPWR on Conpax's broad product range, we approached this issue from two perspectives:

From the PPWR requirements: We analyzed the elements of the (provisional) PPWR and examined how these could impact Conpax’ packaging portfolio.
From Conpax's product range: We analyzed Conpax's product range to identify which types of packaging may face challenges concerning the PPWR.

By combining these two perspectives, we identified the most significant opportunities and risks for Conpax.

In an interactive session with the strategy team from Conpax, we presented our insights. Through joint reflection on the various elements, a clear understanding of the opportunities and challenges that the PPWR presents for Conpax was established. This serves as valuable input for Conpax's business strategy.
