With my experience in the agri-food sector, and with my background in sustainability and retail, I identify opportunities to make a positive impact as a company. And there are many. What I enjoy most as an ESG strategy and implementation advisor is working with our clients and my colleagues to gain insight into that impact. We focus on reducing negative impact, mitigating risks, and therefore increasing positive impact.

A very technical story, but my challenge is to make it tangible and practical for customers. Colleagues describe me as a connector: a real people person. This is very important in our profession. This way I quickly understand the customer's request and we work together towards a concrete, applicable solution.
