I am manager Internal Affairs and responsible for the internal operations at Schuttelaar & Partners. I do this together with my team of experts in the field of HR, Finance, ICT, MarCom and Office Management, so the consultants are able to focus on their projects at external clients. The biggest, most exciting challenge for me is to further develop and professionalize this ambitious, expanding organization, at consultant and partner level. Keeping the unique atmosphere of this company is key to this.
