I strongly believe that food innovation, as the combination of the numerous resources our planet can offer and the developing food technologies, is the key to make nutritious and safe food accessible to everyone.
About Elisa
In my previous work position as regulatory affairs officer I had the chance to directly experience the different regulatory struggles and challenges related to novel food approval processes from the point of view of a company seeking for approval of a novel food product. At Schuttelaar & Partners I use my experience to help other companies that are in a similar situation and need support to have their own products approved and brought to the market. I like to do this by thinking out of the box and being result-oriented.
