- Besides client projects, we set up new initiatives ourselves. Youth at Healthy Weight (JOGG) and North Sea Farmers, for instance, originated with us.
Personal growth and development
- Your career path is our main focus / essential. You make your own Personal Development Plan in which we look together at your short- and long-term ambitions and fit these into your daily work.
- In our own S&P Academy, we offer training courses to boost your growth as a professional. We do this through skills training and a multi-day programme aimed at behavioural change.
