An organisation strategy doesn't just come together on its own. It requires sharp discussions and a willingness to listen to diverse perspectives. We used tried-and-tested methods and solutions, and tailored them when necessary to the specific needs of Salland Health Insurer. Through interviews with directors and input from employees and stakeholders, we refined the organisation's DNA and the six pillars of the 2024-2028 strategy. In a strategic session with the board of directors, these pillars were further developed and translated into clear KPIs. The result? A clear strategy that the entire organisation can work with over the next four years.

We helped shape the communication strategy for 2024 through interviews, analyses, and strategic sessions. The outcome is a robust strategy with a practical work plan that can be implemented immediately. We expect great things from Salland Health Insurance. Especially since our Concept & Design team made a valuable contribution to this project by upgrading the brand identity and developing an end-of-year campaign!
